The Hotel & Resort
The Sawgrass Marriott is a gorgeous resort. Of course, golf is a big one there. There’s also a couple of beautiful pools, a spa, and a private beach on the Atlantic coast. The private beach is accessible to hotel guests via the shuttle service. The beach is only a few minutes away. Other activities are offered on site. Rates are $239 per night and $309 per night for the suite. Deadline to book your room at the discounted rate is March 14th, 2024.

Closest airport to fly to is Jacksonville, FL. That airport is about an hour away with traffic. St. Augustine is about 45 minutes away from the Sawgrass Resort. Orlando is about 2.5 hours away should you want to extend your stay in Florida to visit the Mouse.
The schedule of event is found below. Breakout Sessions will be organized in the next few weeks. If you plan on playing golf on the Sunday, plan to arrive on Saturday April 6th and leave in the evening of the Wednesday the 10th or the Thursday morning of the 11th.
The schedule goes as follow:
- Sunday April 7th: Golf Tournament at the TPC Stadium Course with a tee off at 1:30pm.
- Monday April 8th: Breakout Sessions starting at 8am; Tail Gate BBQ at 5pm.
- Tuesday April 9th: General Sessions and Trade Show, with the banquet celebration night starting at 7pm.
- Wednesday April 10th: General Sessions, Trade Show, Stampede & Wrapup Session. Buyers University ends at 3pm.

The Richie Jones Tournament is set for April 7th on the World Famous TPC Sawgrass Stadium Course. The 18-hole players all start at 1:30pm. We will have rewards for the longest drive and closest to the pin, and a cash reward to the best foursome score. Registration forms are now ready. We are limited to 48 players only. First come, first served. The price to play will come down as we will be using Golf Sponsorships toward the price of playing.

Exhibitors Schedule
The schedule goes as follow for exhibitors:
- Sunday April 7th: Golf Tournament at the TPC Stadium Course with a tee off at 1:30pm.
- Monday April 8th: Booth setup day starting at 7am & Breakout Sessions starting at 8am; Partner Kick Off Meeting at 4pm. Tail Gate BBQ at 5pm.
- Tuesday April 9th: General Sessions and Trade Show, with the banquet celebration night starting at 7pm.
- Wednesday April 10th: General Sessions, Trade Show & Stampede. Teardown starts at 2pm.
Freight and drayage
All Pallets and Crates have to ship to an Advance Warehouse. Drayage will be $300 per pallet ($150 each way). Oversized pallets will incur a $50 dollar fee. (over 48”W x 48”D x 72”H).
If your show material can be shipped to your hotel room, as it would be ‘portable’, then you do not need to use the Advance Warehouse and the drayage.
Labor, extra tables, chairs, A/V, Electrical
Do you need to hire labor to setup and teardown your booth? Do you want to rent audio and visual equipment for your booth? Will you need electrical hook up? Do you want chairs and tables, special signage? Click on the Exhibit Services button below to place your orders.
The floor is already carpeted. No need to order carpet for your booth. The show floor will also be piped and draped.
