Closest airport to fly to is the San Antonio International Airport (SAT) . That airport is about 25 minutes away from the Resort.
The schedule of event is found below. Breakout Sessions will be organized and published in January. If you plan on playing golf on the Monday, plan to arrive on the Sunday April 20th and leave in the evening of the Thursday the 24th or the Friday morning of the 25th.
The schedule goes as follow:
- Monday April 21st: Golf Scramble Tournament with a tee off around noon.
- Tuesday April 22nd: 40 Breakout Sessions are offered starting at 8am; Tail Gate BBQ at 5pm.
- Wednesday April 23rd: General Sessions and Trade Show, with the banquet celebration night starting at 7pm.
- Thursday April 24th: General Sessions, Trade Show, Stampede & Wrap-up Session. Buyers University ends at 3pm.
Exhibitors Schedule
The schedule goes as follow for exhibitors:
- Monday April 21st: Golf Tournament and freight move-in,
- Tuesday April 22nd: Booth setup day starting at 7am & Breakout Sessions starting at 8am; Partner Kick Off Meeting at 4pm. Tail Gate BBQ at 5pm.
- Wednesday April 23rd: General Sessions and Trade Show, with the banquet celebration night starting at 7pm.
- Thursday April 24th: General Sessions, Trade Show & Stampede. Teardown starts at 3pm.
